So I ran a Girls Getaway at the same magical location with Reformer Pilates at the heart of it here in July 2025 and it was absolutely incredible. Let us repeat the magic!

A typical day at the Retreat (Subject to change)

Sunrise Mat Pilates

Gentle movement to wake the body and set the tone for the day.

Light Breakfast

Seasonal fruit, granola, chia bowls, and fresh coffee or tea.

Morning Reformer Pilates

A dynamic class designed to leave you feeling energised and strong.

Mid-Morning Creative Workshop

A hands-on session such as making healthy snacks, candles, or simple

aromatherapy blends.

Lunch

Nourishing, colourful dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Afternoon – Relax & Restore

Time for yourself to rest, swim, or choose an optional massage.

Evening Creative Event

Mocktail making, Art Therapy, or simply unwinding by the pool

Dinner

Long, soulful meals with plenty of variety and Portuguese touches.

After Dinner – Stargazing or Games

Connection and laughter under the night sky.
